Always check your luggage

for damage when collecting

at baggage reclaim. Notify the

airline immediately of any damage.

Under EU regulation EC 261,

you are entitled to compensation

if your luggage is damaged in transit.

​

The airline will seek a service

report stating that your

luggage cannot be repaired.
